When I first thought about starting parkour, I had a lot of doubts. Parkour, with its flips, jumps, and crazy stunts, always seemed like something only the super-fit or daredevils could do. I’d seen videos of athletes leaping over obstacles, scaling walls, and vaulting across rails—but those people seemed so far beyond where I was. To be honest, I was scared. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to keep up, and the thought of failing in front of others made me nervous.

I’m not yet jumping from building to building, but I’m far more confident in my abilities than I was when I first started. I’ve learned that fear is a natural part of the process and that overcoming it takes time, patience, and persistence.
I can now run across rails, leap over obstacles, and navigate challenging courses with more grace and confidence than I ever thought possible. Each class pushes me to become not just a better athlete, but a better version of myself.
